Registered in Brežice, Slovenia, SIAL Consulting was founded as the parent entity for a portfolio of AI-native digital products serving Balkan and EU markets. The name combines the founder's professional background — SIlicon, ALuminum — with the consulting ethos that drives every product: fix the customer's problem first, automate it second.

We operate as a digital factory: small team, deep specialisation, AI workforce running the heavy lifting. Each product is built to ship in weeks, validate with paying customers in months, and scale only when the underlying value is proven. No vapor, no pre-revenue rounds, no growth-at-all-costs. Just useful software that earns its keep.

Our compliance roadmap targets ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 27001 (information security), and ISO 42001 (AI management systems) — the latter being one of the first AI-specific governance standards globally. This matters because our products handle real money, real industrial operations, and real personal data. We treat that seriously.

Principles that actually guide the work.

Most digital studios put principles on a website and then ignore them when the deadline comes. These five aren't aspirational. They're enforced by the way we ship, who we hire, and what we refuse.

1. Useful before clever.

   A boring tool that saves a customer two hours per week is worth more than a clever tool that "could revolutionize" their workflow. We optimise for boring, measurable, repeatable usefulness.
2. Earn revenue early.

   Every product validates with paying customers before we add a second feature. No pre-revenue scaling. No "building for growth" before we know what we're growing.
3. AI does the heavy lifting.

   Our digital factory has 10+ Claude-powered workers running scraping, classification, drafting, monitoring. This is how a 1-person studio operates 5 products. The customer sees the polish; the AI does the labour.
4. EU compliance is a feature.

   GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 — these aren't bureaucratic burdens to delay, they're trust signals our customers actually pay for. Industrial and legal clients especially demand documented compliance before signing.
5. Stay small, stay sharp.

   No VC. No accelerator. No 30-person engineering team. The constraint forces good decisions and prevents bloat. We grow only when the constraint actively limits customer outcomes.
